Is there any tutorials about the Pages application? Is it possible to create a query page by selecting the values from 3 drop down selections and get a result? All values including the results are in the database.

Custom Pages database fields like “select box” and “radio” can be used as filters and there is a filter widget you can place on a database page to show these filters. That might be want you want.
