I don't have any control over marketplace purchases but can see you've purchased in my logs. You will need to ask IPS if you can't see a purchased product in the ips marketplace. Or did you mean, you can't find the plugin in IPB? If so, when you edit an announcement, it will show the extra features in there.

I bought it and I can see it on Plugins, but I dont know where I can create the Announcement!
