Stephen Bruce Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 Hi, Currently when people submit files, if they don't add anything in the description box it lets them click submit but then their submission doesn't appear and everything they did has vanished. I know that the description is needed to complete their submission but it is not giving them any warning like it would on most sites, telling you a required field has not been completed. I can imagine a lot of people have submitted files and think that it has worked successfully and are waiting for approval but in reality all the info and files have apparently just disappeared. Is there a way I can change it so they can't submit until the description has been filled, and they get notified of which field is missing when they attempt to click submit. Thanks Ste

It is like that already: I suggest you to submit a ticket if something different is happening in your install.
