Activity Feed

Is there a way to take the content from the "All Activity" feed and turn it into a block widget?  I would prefer a feed that shows everything rather than the current options that force me to create a separate block for each feed, like topics, posts, etc.

This is probably easy to find and I'm just overlooking it, but is there a way to allow guests to view the "All Activity" feed?
