I'm trying to change the color of the top line that says:

Create / notification icon / messages etc.

What field in the theme settings should i change to edit this? I have tried a few that are light/white, but they don't seem to affect this

Do you know if it has a setting in the admin backend, or do i have to edit the CSS file directly?

They are css edits.
