The Microsoft Registration Portal is deprecated and functionality will be removed in September. Therefore things have to be done differently through the Azure portal.
 


This just has to be updated to the new standard.

Thanks, I've made a note for us to review the documentation and integration (although we're already using the Microsoft graph, so I don't expect there to be any changes there)
