Upload photo - Post upgrade 4.4.2

Hello.,. After updating to version 4.4.2, the option to upload photos in the profile of the users in the ACP module is not possible, the action when pressing the button does not activate anything to allow loading. It also does not work when you drag a photo.

when opening this option, a 500 error is generated in the js.php file

....applications/core/interface/js/js.php

The permission for the file, I understand that it is correct.

Any ideas that the community can contribute .. ???

Actions done:

• Clean cache
• Force use default theme (ACP)
• Support case (it was possible to identify the file that generates the 500 error)

What error is being logged for the js.php page which returns the error?

please also make sure that all other directories ( applications, applications/core, applications/core/interface) have the proper permissions

The permissions of the folders are correctly with permission 755

Folders

Application 777   --> necessary to install applications

application/core 755

application/core/interfase 755

You'll need to look at the server error logs (as the message indicates) - that error is being generated by your server and is likely due to a permissions configuration issue.

Download the full version of IPS 4.4.2 from the client area and upload it, overwriting the existing files ...

This process about writing all the permissions as they come from the IPS package. The error still continues.

The error log does not have permission excess, without rather an error in the execution of the js.php file. that is clear.
