Where to find includjs and sql_calc?

While updating to 4.4.1 my all IP Pages has failed, support send me file to fix it by doing 3 changes. I did one but don't know where is other two to replace the codes 

 I couldn't understand where to find IncludJS (change no:1) and Follow buttons SQL_CALC (change no:3)

Appreciate if you anyone please guide me in the right direction.
