Is there a way to create toggles in pages? field 1 is a radio, it toggles either field 2 or field 3. 
I can add javascript to manage it, but I know IPS has toggles for the form helper. Just not sure how to manage this from Pages templates / fields.

There is no stock option to do this. But in theory, you can assign a custom form template to your database and then do everything in there manually. 

Anybody managed to achieve it? I tried to fields to custom form template using $form->add(...) but it seems it does not work as intended. The custom fields do not appear.
