Moving Store into Dropdown

Hi Guys,

Apologies if this is a naive question - I'm wanting to move the store into a dropdown however menu manager prohibits it. Any idea how?

That might be because it has child elements and so can't be a child itself. All you need to do is delete the current item and then create a new one.

I agree with @Meddysong, it's probably because your Store has child elements. 

You can delete those and turn Store into a drop-down menu, which can be a second level items while still preserving all of the child options.
