4.3 Upgrade - Search Box Formatting Issue

Pretty smooth upgrade, except for this ...

 Seems the search options are out of wack a bit.  Here's the screenshot for all to see what I get on every page.

You theme will need to be updated for 4.3, take a look at our guide...
