Allow to change the order of images in Gallery/Downloads/etc

As far as I know this is currently not possible, however it should be. Especially when I add more images to an already existing entry in, for example, the Downloads app, there seems to be no way to sort them the way I want it. All images show up in a random order (Sorted by file names? By the date the image was created? By the colors of the image?)

So, will it be possible to to change the order of images in Gallery/Downloads/etc. in 4.3? :)

This is one of the new features in 4.3 Gallery.

This won't apply to Downloads.  I'm almost certain screenshots in downloads are listed in order of upload.

I thought one of the main goals of IP.Suite 4 was to keep the features consistent throughout all of the applications of the suite. I don't doubt that this feature will make it to the Downloads application eventually, as it's very much needed, especially for paid downloads of the application, where marketing is especially important, but I'm a bit disappointed that I'm still seeing these inconsistencies.

I really hope that in 4.3 we get a tool to reorder images in both Downloads and the Gallery. It is not a rare situation that you want to change the screenshots in Downloads, if you use that app heavily (and therefore edit entries a lot).

I also agree with what @Haku2 said above: There should be some sort of consistency across the whole Suite.

Has this been discussed for future releases?

I get that 4.3 allowed us to reorder new submissions, but what about a way to reorder existing albums (like albums in Google Photos)?

Yes, simply edit the albums and choose a new order.  You can also choose the default order at a category level.
