Not an immediate need but would be useful, especially for those who post support topics for plugins and then have them ignored and people PM directly first.

"Thank you for contacting me. If this is about a plugin then please use the support topic unless it has been requested that you contact me via PM"

Note: tongue is very much in cheek with this request, but it could potentially be useful for others.
