Virtual Memory Size

I'm curious to know what is the size of your virtual memory? As I have increased 3 times in last one year and I still keep getting lfd alerts on same.

Is this something wrong we are doing that eats up the virtual memory? Or just page has been accessed more frequently causing this excessive use of resources?
