In the middle of promotion of our membership product I decided to upgrade forum to the latest version and got a failed upgrade with "500 Internal Error". (not the smartest idea, I know now). For things to be even worse, I've just realized we don't have fresh backup, at least not fresh enough to have our initial forum version restored physically. Bluehost can't help us and I don't even know where to start or whether it's possible to maybe perform a fresh file reinstall and use existing database with our user data ? And this is happening in the worst possible time, so if there's IPS dev. expert willing to help, I'd gladly arrange a project fee ASAP. Thank you
