How do I change # images in Recently Added?

I hope someone can tell me how to change the number of images listed in the main Gallery page under Recently Added?  I noticed on my site that's it's too much (3 cols. of 5 images each) and wanted to change it, but for the life of me I can't remember how I configured it in the first place (if I did?).  It's not a block so I can't manage it, but it also doesn't show up in the adminCP's Gallery Settings page.

It's hardcoded, which means there are no settings in the ACP or front-end.  

You might be able to edit the templates but that's beyond me.
