i have had an email from my hosting saying my site is using to manny processes?

 

have you guys got any advice how to lower the amount?

Unfortunately I'm not sure specifically what that means. Did they happen to tell you what processes you have or send you a list of them?

It sounds less like the amount (as the amount shouldn't matter) but possibly how much resources they are taking up?
