Setting groups to unrecoverable

Hello

Is there any way to make it so that members of a certain group won't show up to other members in any of the member lists or thru the search function and everything else there is? 

I have created a group with everything turned off but its members still shows.

Starting in 4.1.19 there is a feature to hide groups from searches etc. It is in ACP - Members - Groups - Privacy Settings and may help you.
