Where did link preview go?

When posting a link in the forum, a "preview" of the linked page used to automatically be inserted into the post. I'm not seeing this behavior anymore. Does anyone know what changed? Is there a setting I need to enable somewhere?

The setting for embeds is:

ACP -> System -> Settings -> Posting -> General -> Images & Videos
