isaah Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 How do I set the theme back to default? It says go the tools and click support but I am not finding it
TheSonic Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 ACP -> Support -> Support, select "Something isn't working correctly" -> Continue. This will run the Support-Tools.

That's probably because you have a theme chosen for your account (when you are logged in) but need to set the guest theme to be that choice too, at least default anyway. On the theme settings ensure the one you want to use for guests/visitors is available to all groups or at least the guest group and check the box to set it as default.
isaah Posted March 30, 2017 Author Posted March 30, 2017 How do I do this? Sorry I am a technical illiterate IPS default and tick ALL
TheSonic Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 ACP -> Appearance -> Themes -> Default, select the PullDown (Arrow Down on the right), -> Set as Members Theme -> check "All" -> SAVE EDIT: also click on the pencil (EDIT) and activate "Default Front-end Theme?"

Go to Themes (so you see the list of them) and click the 'pencil' icon on the right side (the middle icon) of the one you want to use as default / guest + visitor view. 2. You should then see something like this: 3. Check the 'or All' box then the 'Default Front End' switch. 4. You should then see something like this: 5. Ensure that 'Default front-end' is on (green) and then click 'Save' 6. Done.
