list of .htaccess files that get created

Is there a list anywhere of all of the contents of the various .htaccess files that get created when locking down directories with .htaccess using the security center step or as part of the friendly URL setup?

I would like to turn allowoverride off to improve performance and put all the .htaccess content into my VHOST config. I can't seen to find a list though.
