New to IPS - How To Question - Modding

New to IPS, want to learn how to mod my site.  I decided to start with something simple, I downloaded the "EZ Scroll Top" and I have the xml file.  Now what?  I couldn't find anything in the guide section and no instructions when I downloaded it.

The file should have a readme or instructions somehow. 

Anyway, go to ACP -> System -> Plugins and click in the blue button to install the plugin.

Are you asking how to install?  

For all plugins (with the XML file):

• Navigate to your Admin Control Panel.  
• Navigate to System > Site Features - Plugins.  
• Click on Install New Plugin.  

Should be a one-click install.  Welcome to IPS.  

(Third-party Applications (with a TAR extension) are installed in a similar manner.  But in that case, navigate to System > Site Features - Applications and install.)
