New cloud community - No theme at all

Hi all, am I missing something? I bought a new IPB cloud hosted package about an hour and a half ago, got the "your community is ready" email about an hour ago, but the page is just HTML.

Even the admin panel is all over the place and I am unable to click the link to upload a new theme.

Do I just need to wait a bit longer? (why did I get "your ready to go!" email then?)

If you can go into your ACP Support > something isn't working.  

That will run a tool to clear your cache. 

You should have the default IPS theme.installed.  You can also go to the Marketplace to shop for more free and paid themes.
