PedroNL Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 Currently you can make a ticket for support only. It would be nice if some way you could log a ticket and it goes to Dev or sales team.
Marc Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Devs are purposely not directly accessable, or they would never really dev anything. Support issues would be directed up toward the devs if it was need. With regards the sales team, we have Client Account Services in there which any sales queries can be directed toward if needed. Even if you were to ask about buying something in support however, we are always happy to point you in the right direction, or even answer the question you are asking in a lot of cases.
