How do I enable guest posting in Pages?

ACP -> Pages -> Databases -> Edit your database's permissions -> provide the permission for your guest group to "add comments"

So I have to give global permissions and then to stop guests spamming every article adjust the specific category permissions?

Edit: nvm I see that it's not selected for everywhere, I just had to select it for the category I wanted it for.
