IPB 4.1 - Prevent users from changing their member title

I just upgraded from 3.4 to 4.1

 

Can I prevent users from being able to edit their member title?

You disable or set it to what ever posts mark in your ACP under ranks

i completely missed the very obvious bar going across the screen telling me this with the link to click to change.
