How do you rearrange registration questions?

So when you register is there any way to rearrange any of the forms to different spots?

Could you be more specific as to what you are talking about? Are you talking about the member fields? The Random Question? The general layout (print screen with visuals may help).

Sorry, I am looking to gather more info on the person registering like First and Last name, Company Name, and a few others. Is there a way to arrange these so it looks a little better as well as possibly place a horizontal rule in to break up the info a little better?

Reordering the extra fields (not the display name, email, password) is just ordering them in the ACP (via the Members > Profiles link). As for separation via HR or similar, this would require skin tweaks/changes but I believe it should be possible.
