I'd rather be able to disable profile views for guests to prevent spammers/spambots and the like from collecting email addresses of my community. AndyF Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 They won't (or should not!) see email addresses. To disable guests viewing profiles: ACP > System > Applications > Expand the 'System' application by clicking on the left side of it, or the wording itself. When it expands find 'Profiles' in the list and on the right hand side click the padlock type icon (permissions) and uncheck the guest group (don't forget to save!) on the permissions page.
