[Pages] Post a topic to the specific forum each time a new record is added

I have a few issues with this option, as well as some suggestions to make it better, so I thought I'd compile them in this thread.

Issues:

1. The topic prefix and suffix does not add a space after/before, resulting in them merging with the record title, which looks really bad.

Suggestions:

1. Allow us to customise the contents of the automatically created topics.
2. Allow us to add polls to the automatically created topics.
3. Add a setting that if turned on, locks the automatically created topics.

If anyone is interesting in making a plugin/mod for suggestion 1, 2 and/or 3, that'd be great too

You can do #1 and #3 very easily with rules. The polls gets a little more complicated.
