I have a question for you. When my website automatically sends an email with PHP, my clients often receive my emails in their SPAM. Is there is a way to solve this, because otherwise I have to send emails manual way and I lose beucoup time with that.

SPF records and proper DKIM but that is depending on your server setup.  I like going the route of Mailgun by rackspace, works like a champ.
