The text editor on my forum is not displaying anywhere (this includes the AdminCP).  I have tried in Firefox, IE and IOS.  I have also checked the permissions etc.  Please see the attached screenshot.

 

Does anyone have any idea as to why this is?

This happens to me to sometimes, even the whole editor just stops "loading".. 

Its fixed now.

 

Just in case someone else has the same problem, my error was because the CKeditor was set to a different theme.  I changed it to the default CKEditor theme and now it works fine.

Just happened to me all working fine and it just suddenly stopped loading.
