How do I convert to UTF-8 before the upgrade to v4?

Thanks @RevengeFNF. That will work for my IP, but what can I use for vBulletin? I have a vB i want to convert and I want to do the charset first too.

Or in that case is just converting recommended and let the script handle it? Seems like a long process.

In RC4(maybe) - Final IPS4 it will be an converter in the upgrade from 3.4 to 4.0
