upgrade 5-user chat

Go to Your Purchases link in the Client Area and click on the community package.

On the next page after selecting the community, click the 'Manage your community' tab and scroll down a little bit. You'll see the IP.Chat plan here with a button to change it, click that and choose the new package level.

When its been approved, you'll need to temporarily close and re-open your chat for it to "upgrade" in most cases.
