That's because they are very minor issues. Yes, it would be great if every bug was fixed the day it was reported, but some things like new development take time away from doing that. Issues like this don't take priority.

Plus the development team have upcoming versions to work on. Don't forget about upcoming release versions Pereira.

Minor bugs are bugs too. There's always cool new features to work on, but once in a while it's time to work on minor bugs.
Even minor bugs can have a major impact on some users.

It's minor in the sense that it does not impact on functionality, but it's major in the sense that it looks very unprofessional, especially after so long.

I might buy the excuse that the developers are busy wiping their brow every five minutes while working behind the scenes developing the software, but not after 9 months.
