VNC Filter By Forum - how do i make it Exclude by Forum

I have a few people who wish to exclude a few forums from their VNC feed.

Would like to add in the OTHER section a Exclude by Forum option.
or a way to "SELECT ALL" forums from the Filter and then just deselect the few...



Already there. And it should remember your selections.

but if you have lots of forums it's tedious to select each one - is there a way to select ALL and deselect the ones you want to ignore.
