If you mean the additional "Description" field that was underneath the main topic link?

They have been removed from 3.2 (although they are still in the database and can be displayed [read only] by editing the template) - however, you cannot add any new ones anymore.

There are a few people who seem to want this functionality back, so it may be worth looking around to see if someone is willing to write a hook to re-enable it.
