Zenithlt Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 Well, there are 2 ways: 1. You can go to the topic, select the post, and then from the moderation options choose "Unmark as Post of the Week" 2. If you want to turn the mod off completely, go to the ACP System Settings and set the number of posts to show as 0 yea i know that. i just wnat to display mod of the week in the index page in the sidebar. i dont want it to be in the forums.
HeadStand Posted December 5, 2010 Author Posted December 5, 2010 yea i know that. i just wnat to display mod of the week in the index page in the sidebar. i dont want it to be in the forums. I see. There's no setting for that right now, although I suppose you could always comment out the template bit. In the ACP, go to Look & Feel -> Skin -> Forum View -> showPostOfWeek Comment out the contents of the template bit.
Zenithlt Posted December 10, 2010 Posted December 10, 2010 I see. There's no setting for that right now, although I suppose you could always comment out the template bit. Comment out the contents of the template bit. What lines i have to comment out?
HeadStand Posted December 13, 2010 Author Posted December 13, 2010 What lines i have to comment out? The entire template bit. Or just delete the content completely.
TheEnd- Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 I would love to use this if it had a feature to select a topic of the week. Also maybe make it like the vB mod where users can 'nominate' topics for topic of the week. I'd pay.

Take a look at my Staff Picks hook (http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/3470-hsc-staff-picks/). It's more or less the same thing as this hook, but on a topic level. PM coming your way to discuss the rest.
Dave Legg Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Did you two get round to discussing the features currently in the vb version? It really was a great mod and one of the features my members miss the most since changing over to IPB. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=184155

Definitely not before February.
Dave Legg Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Thast great news :) Will it be similar to the Vbulletin version, IE similar features?
HeadStand Posted August 24, 2011 Author Posted August 24, 2011 I will be upgrading all of my mods to 3.2, I've just been incredibly backed up. Hopefully within the next week or 2. Watch this topic for updates.
