Ok, I upgraded and had some minor issues that were ALL my fault (lol who would have thought I would have trouble with an ftp client hahahah!) and then tested out a new user with facebook only registration turned on. All I have to say is WOW! I love you guys! This is just what I wanted...and I love the options for the display name. IPS, you're fantastic. :thumbsup:

Why do you want only facebook people joining? Basically where you get to know people first to prevent spam and scammers and whatnot?

I'm tempted to try to find some people in various places on facebook in the future. Haven't played around with it much in regard to my own sites.

Well, the nature of my site induces it's self to have some level of accountability. Requiring people to use their facebook profile to login/register helps in that regard. Plus, even grandparents have a facebook page these days. heh

System Settings > System > Security and Privacy

Disable new registrations

Set to: Disable IP.Board Registrations Only
