For editing footer:
1. Go to ACP
2. Look & Feel > Manage Skin Sets & Templates > Manage Templates in delicate_blue
2. Open Global Templates > globalTemplate
3. Find
<div class='foot'><span class='left'><img src='{$this->settings['img_url']}/pic.png' alt=''/></span><span class='right'>Copyright &copy; {parse expression="strftime('%Y')"} Your Company Name</span></div>
4. Edit "Your Company Name"

For some strange reason this skin will only show when you are signed in... when a guest is on my board they see the IPB style. I have checked all the setting and it's set for guest to see your skin

Any help would be great

There wouldn't really be anything with the skin which would make it do that. Double check your viability settings as such in the admin CP for this theme
