How do I back up my forums?

Is there any way possible that I can back up my forums and all of it's content? I have IP Board 3.0 installed. Thank you for your help. Joe

there are several ways to do automatic DB backups
and you can backup your files via FTP.

One thing to watch with backing up files via FTP, sometimes it only shows the first 2000 files (or a few less) per directory. This is only likely to be a problem if you were using or upgraded from 2.1.x or have a lot of uploads per month (as they are split into new directories per month.
