As far as I'm aware, the only way to do it is to add bumping reply to push given pinned topic to the top.
There are some sections in ACP, where you simply drag items up and down to change their positions.
Would it be possible to add same feature to the IPB board?

P.S. As a temporary solution, where in database I can find those pinned topics? Is it possible for me to access them, to start with and if so, can I juggle them there?

If I remember correctly, pinned topics are simply ordered by the last post and not by a special field or anything.

Well, I know that, but I'd like to have the ability to control the order.

They are not kept anywhere special, they are in the <your_prefix>topics table

I'd still want to have a word from Invision people, if such a feature could be implemented...

I don't think there is an easy way to implement a reorder function for pinned topic since they are saved in the topics table with the other topics, however Matt or the others might have some idea.

A reorder function for the announcements would be good instead now that I think about it lol (Adds this mod in the todo list lol)
