Voxtrinus Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I recently purchased a board (about ten minutes ago), and have figured it out the reason I purchased it is rather pointless, and I do not need it. Is there any way I could get a refund?
Mark H. Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I'd suggest contacting the Sales department tomorrow morning when IPS opens.
Wolfie Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Send an email to the sales department and if your payment gets approved before they get the email, do NOT download the software. If they see you haven't downloaded the software, then they don't have anything to risk losing by giving a refund. But once you do, they can't know if you're going to keep a copy of it or not. Also, would recommend submitting a ticket (if you have access to do so). Try all available ways of contacting them to make sure they get a message a.s.a.p. :)
Voxtrinus Posted August 10, 2009 Author Posted August 10, 2009 What would you suggest I include in the email? What information?
Wolfie Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 The email address you used to make the purchase with, method of purchase, invoice #, name and a phone number to contact you at. Then just verify that you haven't downloaded the file and explain why you want a refund.
Management Lindy Posted August 10, 2009 Management Posted August 10, 2009 I've located your payment and processed a refund. Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future.
