Can't change password..

These forums keep telling me that I entered the wrong password when I try to change my password through My Controls. I'm sure it's right as I logged into the board twice to be sure. It won't let me change my password...

Working fine for me...

Try clearing all your cookies out and proceed to login again. If not, you may want to make sure that the password is correct! If you still have no luck, may need to contact the staff from your Client Area..

Cleared cookies and cache and it didn't help. I'm 100% confident that I'm using the correct password because I copied and pasted it directly into the login form (worked) and then directly into the change password form, which didn't work. I've tried it at least 10 times, typing it or not. I get the error:

The error returned was:

Sorry, you have entered an incorrect password. Please try again.

When I submitted a ticket one of management asked for the password I wanted. Kind of an annoying solution since giving someone I don't know my password over plain text isn't my idea of an ideal solution, so I just gave them a temporary password. After they changed it to that password it allowed me to reset it to the one I really wanted here on the forums after that.

I'm having the same problem, in trying to change both password and email address. I think this has something to do with that reCaptrure and IPB password box being on the same page.

I have cleared everything in IE, and still I cannot change email or password. I get the same error. Wrong password entered. When I know for a fact it's correct, because I just used that same password to log-on to make a post on the blog here.

Because I'm not a customer, I don't have access to change it any other way.

Like I said above, I'm convinced this has something to do with that reCapture and IPB Password box together on the same page.
