August 7, 200717 yr Use one of the other methods they list to contact them:http://www.invisionpower.com/corporate/contact.htmlIf they're not responding to your emails, it probably means they're not getting them. Don't go jumping to any conclusions that they're ignoring you.
August 7, 200717 yr I have tryed to write to all of the email adr...I will post a copy of one of the Emails here, and maby you guys here can answere me...Hi!I have desided that I want to buy a license for IPB 2.3.In this case there is a few things I need to know.-I already have a domain and a webhotell that I am very happy with, I just need a lisense for IPB 2.3 with the blog feature installed. In my webhotel I have MY SQL Database. One in use it says, and 5 free. ?? Is this useful information for you?I want to pay for a year at a time with Paypal. (I am from Norway)What license should I buy? - I want no limit on members and posts! How much will this cost me, and will you be doing the installation of the board on my domain? Now a last but very important question for me.-I am currently running a board with InvisionPlus.net (Free) - Can you convert, or move the database from this board and to the new IPB 2.3?I hope to get answeres to my questions as soon as possible please.Thank you!
August 7, 200717 yr If you already have webspace, all you need to do is make sure it supports PHP. MySQL is also required, but you have that. You should probably buy the standard license. It's $150, and IPS will install for you. There is no limit as to members/posts/forums - it's all up to you.For InvisionPlus conversions, you should probably contact them about it.Although....Our community chat forum areas are for off-topic discussion only. Please do not post topics about IPS or its products and services here. We provide other forum areas for IPS discussion.Do you need technical support on IPS products or services? You can obtain support via the client area, or you can try to obtain peer-to-peer support at IPS Beyond.Did you find a bug in one of our products? If you believe you've found a bug please post it to the bug tracker.Have a suggestion or feedback?Use the company feedback forum or appropriate product feedback forum. You can also submit a ticket in your client area if it's a private matter. You might want to try another method of contacting them. ;)

August 8, 200717 yr Sorry for any inconvenience, if you want to PM me the email address you used I can look over the tickets and see what's going on. :)
August 11, 200717 yr I have seen quite a few people recently mention they emailed sales and got no reply. You guys changed your system?
August 11, 200717 yr Management I have seen quite a few people recently mention they emailed sales and got no reply. You guys changed your system?By the end of each business day, there are never any open sales inquiries (and generally less than a handful of support inquiries) unless they require special attention. What we find most often in cases like this is that the e-mail was in fact returned, but never received by the recipient. Most often, it was picked up by the spam filter and moved to the customer's spam/junk folder.
August 13, 200717 yr Hi again..How long does it take before they get back to you, from sales then??Still have'nt heard a pip....

Just send a new mail to them, and wait another week or so??? :o :( Anyone??Hello,I would encourage you to simply reply to your existing inquiry - you will find our sales team very prompt and responsive. As mentioned in your ticket, the cause for the lack of response was due to your current ticket being sent in twice. It was flagged as duplicate and subsequently closed. I apologize for this inconvenience and again would encourage you to simply respond to your current ticket. In regards to your question at hand, I would assume that InvisionPlus is using an older version (1.3) of our software. If the database schema is not heavily modified, it should be able to be transferred and upgraded without issue. Thank you. :)
August 14, 200717 yr But there are NO link to follow so that I can reply..... :( It just says "if you want to respons to this blablabla... follow this url (AND THERE IS EMTY) NO url.... :(
