Mark Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 When you submit a new ticket, if you select an IDM license from "Which is this related to?" - it sends the ticket to the "Marketing: Account Assistance" department rather than the Technical Support.I have to keep calling you every time I submit ticket about IDM

He's updated them to go to General technical support (which is where I thought they were originally directed to anyways).Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
