Maybe it's just me, but the dHTML menus don't seem to fit in with the rest of the board's design. For example, it doesn't have that "two-tone" look that is present on just about every other image. Also, it's just so... plain. Will the final release of 2.1 give the dHTML menus a cool effect, like what's done with vB's drop-downs?

I think it's fine, nice and simple. It does the job. Idon't think it needs to be flashy like vBulletin's. :ermm:

I agree. But going from 2.0 PF4 to 2.0 Final, the images were cleaned up, and given a more professional look. I was just wondering if something similar was going to take place.

I do hope so. The JS dropdowns leave a lot to be desired in the way of looks.

I bet Matt will clean up the images and the other unfinished "looks" before the final.
