When a user uses the report a post feature, the post should be made invisible automaticly, and can be made visible when a mod has checked it.

Yes that feature could be abused, and then you would have no topics on your board at all, too much of a risk. :)

Good concept, but there is a better method than the one above:

Flagging. When someone reports a topic/post, the topic/post is "flagged". How it is flagged is up to anyone else -- could be anything, including highlighting the topics' post (or just the reported posts) with a certain color...

you could turn it on or off in the admin cp
