  1. How am I supposed to do that? The site has thousands of monthly users. This wasn't an issue before 5.0.
  2. It's related to the site in my profile that is self-hosted. I don't know which release of Safari the users have, but I assume it's not the latest one. But this was never an issue before the update, since these users are regulars and never complained before.
  3. After upgrading our forum software to 5.4.2 (self-hosted), we've had multiple users reporting having issues using the site on Safari. When they click on a forum topic or other page, it keeps reloading until giving an "a problem repeatedly occurred" error message:
  4. Hello @Marc Will you be looking into this?
  5. No third party applications installed and I am using the default theme. Can you confirm you are seeing the same issue when trying to sign-up on desktop?
  6. Sorry. The one hosted by me. forums.be********.com After testing creating an account on my iPhone (Google Chrome), I notice that the "verify email" confirmation screen is showing there, but not when signing up on my desktop (Macbook, Google Chrome)
  7. What do you need more than Admin CP access? I have updated it. The issue is on my Invision Community Classic product, I also have a self-hosted forum.
  8. After clicking "Create My Account" you get sent to the index of the forum - no message saying that you should check your inbox to verify your email. However, if you refresh, the message will show. Also, the email is not getting sent. Please help.
  9. I need to delete an URL on my forum, and for SEO reasons, I want to redirect the deleted URL to another one. How do I do that?
  10. Okay got it. What about the "All activity" feed that is under "/index.php?/discover/"? That one is still linking to all posts using the old redirect URLs. Same with links to comments from a users profile.
  11. I've updated it, can you please have a look?
  12. Hello, what does "on file" mean? Where do you want me to send it?
  13. 100% sure. I have 2 communities.
