Is it possible to "pause" a forum?
Okay, makes sense. Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated!

How do I let the service expire? Just simply by removing the payment information and then resume payment before 60 days have passed?

Is it possible to "pause" a forum?
We have set up a forum for our company, but the approval process takes much longer than anticipated. Paying for a forum that nobody uses yet is a little pointless, but we also don't want to lose the work that has been put into it so far (customization, user groups, rights etc.). Is there a way to set a forum to inactive so it cannot be accessed by anyone including the admins and pausing the payment, and then reactivate it two or three months later and resume payment without losing any of the data in between?

Site Guidelines - where do they show up?
Oh, I didn't even think of that! Very elegant solution, thank you!

Site Guidelines - where do they show up?
Okay, so they don't show up in the vanilla forum at all? Do I need to edit a template to display that link?

Site Guidelines - where do they show up?
I`m currently setting up an internal forum for our company. We compiled a set of rules and guidelines and I entered them in the ACP under "System" -> "Settings" -> "Terms & Privacy Policy" -> "Site Guidelines". However, when I view the forum after I saved the changes these guidelines are nowhere to be seen. I can't find a link to them or anything of that sort. Am I overlooking something? Do I need to set permissions to view them or something like that? Thanks for your help!
