I want the count of the Guest Posting that is hitting my site. How this count can be obtained?

On the base installation, without any customizations, we need some assistance in locating the following in the database: Table & field that contains the information on how each topic has been moderated (approved, deleted, etc.)? Is there a table that contains pre-moderated topics, or are all topics encapsulated in the "forums_topics" table immediately upon creation? Is there a way to determine the datetime of the first moderation action on a topic? Thank you!
